Subscribe to The Chamber Music Journal

Membership and subscription to The Chamber Music Journal is open to all.  An annual membership, which is tax deductible for U.S. taxpayers, is $23 if you pay by credit card or $20 if you pay by check. For non U.S. residents, the cost is $28 by credit card or $25 by check (which includes the price of airmail postage)  but payment must be in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank. No checks from foreign banks accepted.

You may pay in one of two ways: (1) Online by credit card. Our website is secure and your information is encrypted and cannot be seen by anyone else.

 (2) You may, if you prefer, mail us your application and payment.  (credit card information or check). Simply download the application (from links below), fill it out and mail it to us. Below are links to our application form which you can print out. Please be patient, links may take several seconds to load with dial-up service. 

The first 2 links are in ADOBE PDF FORMAT and can be printed while you are online if you have Adobe Reader. If you prefer to download the application and print it later, right click on the link and click on save.

The last 2 links are in MICROSOFT WORD FORMAT. Only use these if you do not have Adobe Reader. The link will open a Microsoft Word document. (which can be converted by Word Perfect or other word processors.)  If you are asked for a password or User ID, just click on "cancel" and file will continue to load. Once open, you can then print the application.
